A beautiful 4 bedroom (linens provided) 2 1/2 bathroom house with an ocean view on 5 sheltered acres within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The house features a pool, ping pong table, horseshoe pit, games, puzzles, books, badminton set, videos, 2 VCR's & TV's, a DVD player, and a croquet set. For the TV weary there is no cable TV.
There is also a pool house available which has a single bed, and a double futon for an additional fee. The guest house toward the rear of the property is occupied by a fish biologist and his school teacher wife. They help out with maintenance.
We are looking for 10-12 groups per year to stay at the house for a four day minimum to enjoy the beach, the fresh air, the fishing, jet boats, restaurants, and the Event Center and/or new "Gold Beach Books" store and cafe. We offer discounts for stays longer than one week.

We still have many open periods this summer and fall so check out your calenders and call with your plans and we'll see if we can schedule you a spot.
